Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Ferienhaus "Zur Hexenlinde".

Das Haus wurde gebaut als Trierer Einhaushof ANNO 1902 mit einer nach Süden gelegenem idyllische Hofterrasse, ideal zum Frühstücken, Sonnenbaden, Spielen, Grillen. Der Lindenbaum von dem das Haus seinen Namen hat spendet wohltuenden Schatten.

Das Wohnhaus (ca. 85 qm) in ruhiger Lage  bietet Platz für 5 Personen.

Das Haus verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essecke, eine komplett eingerichtete Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, Einbauherd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank (kein Gefrierfach),  Kaffeeautomat und Wasserkocher. 

Die Wohnstube ist ausgestattet mit einem Kamin, Sat-TV, Bluray/DVD-Player, Radio und  einer kleinen Bibliothek, (und eventuell Schlafmöglichkeit für eine 6. Person). 

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch das Bad mit Dusche, WC und Haarföhn.

In der oberen Etage befinden sich drei Schlafräume: ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett an das sich ein Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett anschließt, (Achtung: kein separater Eingang), sowie ein separates Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten

Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive.

Gartenmöbel und ein Grill für's Barbeque sind vorhanden und warten auf ihren Gebrauch.

Es ist ein Nichtraucherhaus.

Haustiere sind auf Anfrage willkommen. Das Grundstück ist voll umzäunt.

Welcome to your holiday home, a 100 years old picturesque Cottage in the heart of Germany's volcanic region 'Vulkaneifel.

Perfectly located to discover ancient villages, old castles, hills and valleys, volcanic parks and lakes 'Maare', vine valleys (Ahr & Mosel) and much more. Nordic walking trails or MTB routes are in front of the house. The house is in a 15 kilometer distance to the race course 'Nürburgring'.

Despite the house's age it is fully equipped with all modern things that makes life easy. On the ground floor you will find a full equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, fridge (no freezer) and water boiler. The living room has a TV, DVD Player, a small book corner (English books) and a wonderful fire place for relaxed hours. Also on the ground floor you will find the bath room with toilet, shower and hairdryer.

On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms with 2 beds each (one double bed room and one 2 single beds room) and a further bedroom with a single bed, however please note that one does not have a separate entrance (which makes it the  perfect sleeping room for little child). One Person could also sleep in the living room if there is a need.

In front of the house there is a courtyard, which is the perfect place for taking sun, having breakfast or dinner outside or for barbeque. Garden furniture and a barbecue grill are available.

House animals are welcome on enquery, the ground is fully fenced.
